in exploring innovative and helpful approaches to prepare
and support
persons for
urban
and
rural ministries. A concentration
in urban ministry is available within the Master
of Divinity and Master
of Arts in Religious Leadership degree programs, and
opportunities are available at United that focus on the
issues surrounding ministry in an urban setting.
A
close association with the Northland Partnership allows United
and its partner institutions within the Minnesota
Consortium of Theological Schools to offer a variety
of courses with a focus on rural ministries. For several
years, Northland Partnership has sponsored courses featuring
topics of concern to those planning to engage in rural pastoral
ministry. |
