Capacity

Standard capacity for comfortable seating is 150-175 people. Seating is generally arranged in rows with a middle or side aisle. Custom seating arrangements are allowed upon approval by the seminary.

Wedding & Holy Union Event Services Include

• Dedicated wedding coordinator
• Up to four hours use of Bigelow Chapel on day of ceremony
• Up to two dressing rooms
• Use of Steinway grand piano
• Lectern, pulpit, and altar
• Air conditioning
• Custodial services
• Free off-street parking

Additional Fees/Information

• There is a $50 fee for a one-hour wedding rehearsal, usually held the day before the wedding.
• You are free to use your own officiant for the ceremony, or we can refer you to the seminary chaplain or other officiant.
• Proof of premarital counseling is required.
• We offer our Context Café for rental for reception or rehearsal dinner space, subject to availability and capacity limits.
• The seminary chef, Michelle Weiser, is available for hire for catering.
