Use Fees

	United Sponsored	Denominational Offices	All Other Rentals
During Regular Hours	No charge	No charge	$500/4 hours
After Hours Additional Fees	Staffing for set up, take down, security, custodial: $30/hr	Staffing for opening, closing, security, custodial (if no United staff involved): $30/hr/person	On-call physical plant staff (1 or more required): $30/hr/person

Regular Hours

When classes are in session: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, 7:30 am - 9:00 pm
When classes are not in session: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, 7:30 am - 5:30 pm
All Wednesdays: 7:30 am-5:30 pm
All Fridays: 7:30 am - 5:30 pm

Event Services Include

• Up to four hours use of Bigelow Chapel
• Dedicated event coordinator
• Use of Steinway grand piano
• Wireless sound sytem
• Free off-street parking
• Air conditioning

Additional Fees

• Audio and lighting technician
• Lawn/Courtyard rental ($100/4 hours)
• Security/Custodial services for after-hour events (costs indicated above)
